Chef Rajiv Jaggi decided to become a chef at age 13, so he could replicate the dishes he loved to eat. He was influenced by his aunt, who turned simple ingredients into robust, flavorful masterpieces and, best of all, served everything with love. By using lots of herbs, spices and aromatics, Rajiv creates a mélange of complex flavors and aromas. Passionate about global cuisine and authentic ingredients, he hopes guests savor and enjoy his creations. He says he’s flattered when he hears, “If you’re cooking, we’re eating.”
