Chef Desmond Fannin’s responsibilities include training, development and branding within Sodexo’s Offer Development Center. An award-winning chef with more that 20 years of experience, Desmond believes that through food, he can make people’s days a little brighter and their lives a little better – even if only for a moment. His favorite kitchen tool is his personal chef’s knife and he cannot live without fresh herbs to always take the flavor of a dish to another level.
