Rogelio didn’t set out to become a chef, but like so many young adults one of his first jobs just happened to be in the food industry. “I was young and needed a job and was lucky enough to have a mentor to guide me.” He got hooked on cooking once he saw people enjoying the food he’d prepared. “I love to see people’s reactions when they taste my food.” In fact, it reminds him of how much he enjoys his mother’s and grandmother’s cooking, not to mention the dishes he’s tried on his various travels.
