Amy’s culinary roots run deep. Having lived in Alaska all her life, she’s enjoyed gathering fresh, seasonal ingredients and creating delicious dishes for as long as she can remember—and certainly for the 20-plus years she’s been a professional culinary artist. “Taking ingredients that surround me and combining them in new and innovative ways, while honoring tradition, is my passion. Food is a story of our surroundings and our culture. And having the honor of working with Alaska’s traditional foods is the best part of my day.
