When Eugene was just eight years old and needed a step stool to reach the stove, his mother taught him to cut and prepare whole chickens. “From that point on, I knew I wanted to be a chef.” With fond memories of family bonding at the dinner table and an enduring passion for creating good food from scratch, Eugene is proud to share his craft with you. “After 30 years of being in a kitchen, I’m often asked why I don’t take off my apron and do something new.
