Sodexo’s Executive Chef at Texas Lutheran University, Ernest Servantes is a self-trained chef whose passion for cooking started at a very young age with the influence of his family. In the past 15 years of his career, Ernest has been able to incorporate ideas in the New American Cuisine but with Texas flair. Ernest is also known for his love and passion for competitions including being named Food Network’s Chopped “Grill Masters Champion” and one of the Destination America “BBQ Pitmasters.”
