“My culinary peers inspire me to be a better version of myself,” says Chef Mario Morales. Taught basic cooking skills by his mother, he gravitated to grill master whenever his family had carne asada. He realized that cooking sparked his passion and that becoming a chef was something he and his parents could be proud of.
