By age 12, Chef Frank Dalton knew that he wanted to pursue a career in the culinary arts, inspired by the many chefs he saw on television. He learned his craft in France, working with old-school French chefs and cuisine. Today, Frank is passionate about pleasing his cafe guests with the menus he develops. “I have a diverse, smart clientele that wants a variety of foods, from healthy cuisine to multicultural flavors,” he says.
