Growing up in Thailand, Chef Rachada Prayong-Russell spent a lot of her childhood cooking with her parents, who are excellent cooks. “Cooking always made me happy,” she says. When she realized she could make it a career, she thought “I’m in!” Today, she develops menus for multiple locations and different generations of guests, so she finds that a mix of traditional and trendy foods, as well as create-your-own options, are the most popular. Chef Rachada says, “The food world amazes me. I try to blend authenticity, trends and creativity to make dishes that are delicious and fun.”
