With a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management in hand, Chef Craig Livingston landed a job in an Italian restaurant and quickly worked his way onto the kitchen line. “I realized the kitchen was where all the fun was,” he says. Craig says he’s a freestyle chef because he goes with his heart and his taste buds. He loves how food brings people together and makes them happy, recognizing that his mother instilled in him that family is special, and mealtimes spent together are so important.
