Chef Krzysztof Siuta visits numerous cafés as an Area Executive Chef for Sodexo, and he’s amazed at the diverse taste preferences in locations just a few miles apart. He grew up in a family of good cooks and became a chef because he knew he could travel and speak a language with food anywhere he went. “Everywhere you go in the world, someone loves to eat,” he says. Krzysztof finds inspiration in comfortable ingredients and even the simplest dishes and loves cooking for family and friends in his outdoor kitchen.
