At age 8, Chef Billy Skiber was making brownies, cakes and cookies in his sister’s Easy-Bake Oven. By age 12, he was a natural in the kitchen, and at age 18, he knew “this” was it. His dad was a butcher, always bringing home different cuts of meats, so it was a shoo-in that Billy and his two brothers would become chefs! He’s lived in Texas and on both coasts, travels a lot and finds inspiration every place he eats. “I’m rooted in tradition and hospitality, and I’m truly here to offer our guests great experiences,” he says.
