His father was a cook early in his military career, and he was always willing to share what he knew. George was in the kitchen at an early age, realizing that food was part of all things: celebrations, parties, funerals and more. He believes that food is a love language, so he expresses himself through flavors and aims to make people happy. With nods to both art and science in cooking, George adds, “My style is eclectic, maybe a little eccentric, and I like to make simple ingredients shine.”
