“I love a variety of cuisines, but my love for baking is what sets me apart,” say Chef Lisa DeStefano. Fun fact: When she worked at a law firm during college, she once baked (and hand-delivered via New York City bus) a sheet cake to a retiring partner—and realized that baking and sharing was what she loved most. She’s passionate about exploring food trends, farmers’ market and fresh seasonal ingredients and uses her position to inspire campus chefs to pursue culinary excellence in creating student-driven menus.
