Chef Jon Dubrick believes that people are incredibly knowledgeable about food and cuisines these days, inspiring his drive to learn about new culinary trends and explore local sourcing to impress Sodexo guests. Chef Jon attended Washburne Culinary Academy, held Executive Chef positions at several high-profile restaurants in Chicago and started his own high-end catering business and restaurant.

After serving for several years as Regional Executive Chef of Centerplate/Sodexo Live for the Pasadena Convention Center and Pasadena Civic Auditorium, he’s now creating exciting food offerings as Executive Chef for Sodexo’s Culinary Innovation Center.
