With an Associate degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management/Food and Beverage, Chef Caroline has a passion for dynamic gastronomy. For nearly 10 years, she’s worked in hospitality, from back-of-house to server, bartender and barista. She believes the keys to success as a chef are being creative, adaptable and well-rounded, and she brings those strengths to her current chef role at Champion Hills Country Club in North Carolina.
