Sodexo hired Lionel in 1998, when he was just 30 years old.  He has been a regional trainer since then and also a restaurant manager. He has won many regional contests with his nougat and marshmallow recipes. Lionel plans events for up to 5000 people. He is still as passionate as ever; cooking remains a condition of happiness for him. It brings him honor and so much joy to join Global Chef.
