Chef Robert Lownes has been in the food industry for 30 years. Prior to working for Sodexo, he owned and operated The Brickerville House Restaurant in Lancaster County Pennsylvania for fifteen years.

During his career with Sodexo, he spent three years as an Executive Chef at Pinnacle Health Hospital in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. For the past six years, Chef Lownes has been the Executive Chef at Stoneridge Poplar Run in Myerstown, PA.
