Jose grew up in the culinary melting pot of Los Angeles, where he soaked up the flavors of the city’s authentic farmers markets. “I love using fresh-from-the-farm ingredients,” he says. Jose began cooking at age 17 and went on to work alongside renowned chefs in fine dining restaurants in both California and New York.
