Saipin Kumlor Signature Chef

Saipin was born in Thailand, studied Culinary Arts in Australia, moved to Hawaii and now serves guests in Washington, D.C. Inspired by food magazines, she puts her own modern twists on dishes, comparing cooking to art, especially with the color and beauty of ingredients. Cooking for President Obama was one of Saipin’s most memorable career highlights, and she enjoys teaching her guests to be more comfortable in their own kitchens.
