Growing up in a family where everyone cooks, he is surrounded by food conversations and ideas on new ways to highlight fresh ingredients. He loves supporting as many local products as possible, and creates his flavors around the seasons. Raised on the staples of Sicilian cuisine, Michael loves to experiment and put twists on classic recipes to turn them into extraordinary dishes that put smiles on peoples’ faces.
