Christian Eggerling Signature Chef

Christian grew up in the food industry with parents who raised livestock and grandparents who owned a health and organic foods company. With a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, he’s been an executive chef for more than 25 years for a variety of restaurants from Washington, DC to Texas to California. With his incredible culinary talent, Christian has had the honor of cooking at the James Beard House twice in his career.
