“I just love what I do,” says Israel. “Every day in the kitchen is a great day, and that alone inspires me to create delicious food.” Traveling has always been one of Israel’s favorite hobbies. In every place he visits, he enjoys the local food and finds inspiration in the different flavors and cooking techniques that he can apply to his culinary creations. “I love the vibrant colors of fresh vegetables,” Israel says.
