Chef Jason Congleton is a southern boy at heart. “I learn as much as I can about southern food to tell my story in dishes and preserve the heritage of our diverse region,” he says. While Jason relies on his southern roots, he’s always looking for new ideas to keep things exciting. Recently, he won the coveted Sodexo’s Sports and Leisure Chef of the Year award.
