Scott Cook Signature Chef

Chef Scott Cook grew up with a passion for food, following in his chef father’s footsteps. He served as a server and a cook, then traveled the country training kitchen staff. Scott graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and served as a sous chef at numerous Dallas-Fort Worth restaurants. He continues to share his talents and passion for food, focusing on fresh, sustainable ingredients in his dishes. Enjoy his taco creation in the café this month.
