Cooking at his mother’s side from the age of nine, Chef Timothy Chisholm-Hamilton loved the food memories they created together for their big family at holiday time. “My mom would tell me stories about her own mother’s food and that helped to inspire my culinary passion,” says Chef Timothy. He travels and dines out often and finds inspiration in people, places and everyday things.
