“I became a chef totally by accident when helping out a friend at his restaurant almost 25 years ago,” says Chef Anthony Hsia. Cooking came naturally, though, as his family hosted many gatherings through the years, and he found himself helping with food preparations. He’s inspired by innovative, think-outside-the-box dishes that combine simple, fresh ingredients. He also likes to cook comfort food with modern twists and stays current with flavor trends through food, lifestyle and travel blogs to the delight of his café guests.
