Chef Jeffrey Jones has always loved to create and understand how things work, and the culinary field has provided a great outlet for his talents. While he was pursuing a career in music, he was drawn to the kitchen because he was passionate about cooking. “My greatest influences come from traveling and experiencing local flavors,” he says. While Southern dishes are popular with his university guests, he loves to introduce international ingredients and flavors as a bridge to different cultures.
