Charles Tibbs Signature Chef

Chef Charles Tibbs grew up on a citrus farm and often finds inspiration in the environment. He looked to the indigenous and sustainable agricultural practice of growing crops together to create his Three Sisters Jicama Tostada. Focused on clean, bold flavors, Charles is passionate about putting new twists on favorite dishes for his university guests.
