Christopher Kaminski Signature Chef

As a teen, Chef Christopher Kaminski spent a summer in Malta at a friend’s family hotel and visited the fresh fish markets each morning to procure ingredients for the day’s meals. That early experience preparing dishes with such fresh ingredients inspired him to choose the culinary profession and he enjoys the creativity that comes with cooking. He’s inspired by regional and global flavors, as well as the many international visitors and researchers at the Argonne National Lab.
