“I love working at a university because students are always willing to try something new,” says Chef Charles Williams. He enjoys connecting with people through food and experiences, and he’s inspired to create new dishes by his travels and the chefs he follows on social media. With an uncle who “made a huge production of meals” and a fast-paced kitchen line job while still in high school, Chef Charles says cooking was like love at first sight.
