Charles Guilloy – FRANCE Global Chef

Chef Charles Guilloy has been cooking for more than 20 years. He has worked for Sodexo for 15 years. He began as “Chef de partie” and “Sous-chef” and soon became Executive Chef. Shortly hereafter, he became General Manager of restaurants. For the past four years, he was worked as the Culinary Advisor for the French Food platform. He enjoys sharing his culinary passion with his family and friends.
