“I love to eat, and I love to cook,” says Chef Edward Zebron. He says he likes to hear what guests say about his food, so he can keep improving his craft. Both of Edward’s parents were experts in the kitchen—his mother baked while his father handled the day-to-day cooking for five children, and Edward learned creativity from both of them.
