From the jalapeño pepper poppers he made with his mom to his first job working at a restaurant with his father, he’s found inspiration at every step in his journey. He’s currently a Chef at a children’s hospital in south Texas, incorporating many regional and cultural dishes, such as Tex-Mex, on the menu. When he’s not in the kitchen, Chef George enjoys time with his son Dorion, practices Brazilian jiu jitsu and plays guitar in his “off time.”
