Gillian Manna Signature Chef

Raised in England, Chef Gillian Manna liked helping in the kitchen with big Sunday dinners of roast beef, Yorkshire pudding and English trifle. Today she enjoys cooking a variety of cuisines, influenced by her role in English, American, French and Italian restaurants. As Executive Chef at a university, she interacts with students and faculty in the dining halls across campus to get feedback when planning her menus. “When students first leave home, they choose foods that bring them comfort, so I start with those ingredients and add others to introduce them to new flavors,” says Chef Gillian.
