Greig Marciw Signature Chef

“By age 6, I wanted to be a pastry chef, and I used to draw floor plans of what I wanted my restaurant to look like,” says Chef Greig Marciw. With a mother who’s Latin and a father who shares Polish and Ukrainian heritage, Greig has lots of inspiration for the dishes he creates. He likes to research older recipes and find ways to add a new twist. “I try to read about culinary trends every day, so I don’t miss out on something exciting,” he says.
