One of the most positive people you’ll ever meet, Chef Henrique de Souza serves as a Chef Instructor for Sodexo employees in Brazil. “The best part of my role is not the actual teaching but the exchange of experiences with my culinary teams,” he says. “To be in a new place each week, learning from different people and contributing to their growth, makes me happy.” Chef de Souza’s early inspiration came in the form of a Brazilian army chef he met during his military service. Even in a military kitchen, the chef was careful about the meals he prepared, doing everything with great pleasure. “I carry this with me to this day. No matter where or for whom you cook, do it with love,” says Chef de Souza.
