Jacek began his career as a waiter before becoming a chef in some of Poland’s top hotels and institutions, and joined Sodexo two years ago. He is a restaurant manager and Head Chef, and teaches students the principles of preparing balanced meals at the American School of Warsaw. He also enjoys skiing, swimming, DIY and gardening.
