Chef Jennifer Ross’s mom introduced her to cooking early on, and together they’d make a recipe out of a favorite cookbook every weekend. She’s inspired to cook for all tastes and specializes in vegetarian and vegan meals for Tarleton students. “I experiment with flavors and cuisines and love watching faces light up when they taste a new dish,” says Jennifer. From humble beginnings chopping vegetables with a butter knife and paper plate, she incorporates Asian, Indian and French cuisines and flavors into her dishes.
