Food was always at the center of her family holidays and get-togethers, and she says her parents knew before she did that she was destined to be a chef. Chef Kaley loves attending food festivals and dining out for culinary inspiration and always strives for variety when planning menus at her location. Her current menu includes Thai, Venezuelan, Northern Italian and Caribbean dishes and, of course, down-home Southern fried chicken. “My guests love comfort food, above all, and there’s nothing like a home-cooked meal when you’re away from home,” she says.
