She watched her grandmother cook big Sunday dinners for the whole family and was in awe of how easy she made it look. After exploring education as a career, Kelly realized that those early experiences were leading her to the culinary field and she never looked back. She likes featuring high-quality, fresh ingredients, allowing them to be the star of her creations.

Like an old-country pub special, Kelly’s Bavarian Burger is comforting and familiar. She stacks Swiss cheese and ham on a burger, then ups the tavern appeal with beer-braised caramelized onions, a tomato slice, dill pickle chips and a gourmet pretzel roll. Served with salt-and-vinegar potato wedges.
