A tribute to our chef Kimsan Seng (1952-2014), who shared his culinary passion with others by preparing flavorful authentic ethnic foods from Southeast Asia. As a general manager for high-end executive dining with Sodexo’s Government Services, he had 37 years of experience in food services. In addition to his past executive chef responsibilities, he created international cuisine menus and distinguished catering experiences. Kimsan studied food trends and services at the Culinary Institute of America in New York and authored a recipe book within a corporate setting, The Pacific Rim and Noodle Bowl. We are honored to feature a few of his favorite dishes. His culinary legacy will live on through his unique and delicious recipes.
