“I like fusion-style cooking and bringing two cultures together. We need more of that in our world today,” says Chef Larry Yonda. He trained as a chef in Arizona, so many of his dishes have Southwestern and Hispanic flavors. Larry’s been cooking since he was a child and, at age 8, cooked an anniversary dinner for his parents. He’s busy in his home kitchen every weekend and appears on local television for Memorial Hermann/Sodexo to promote wellness cooking.
