Chef Matt Mantini has been with Sodexo for 33 years, working as an Executive Chef, National Chef and Director of Culinary, giving him an amazing operations background and insight about “real world” preferences.

Today, he’s crafting menus and programs for universities across the country, as well as developing recipes and menus for younger students in elementary through high school.
