“My goal as a chef is to trigger an emotion that brings you back to a positive time or event in your life,” says Chef Matthew Georgiana. It’s a desire that’s been with him since he was a young teen and began cooking his mom’s favorite childhood foods. “We had such a good time laughing and hanging around, and those moments have stayed with me,” he says. Today, he focuses on “approachable food done well” and says his Oklahoma guests are open to new flavors and dishes.
