“Everything inspires me—people, places, smells, scenery. I am a sponge for knowledge,” says Chef Melissa Minogue. She says she’s been cooking and baking for as long as she can remember because it’s all she ever wanted to do. That’s not a surprise, considering her mom is a chef and baker herself!
