Chef Michel van Eijk delights Sodexo’s guests at the Dutch Public Broadcaster NOS. His passion for cooking started at an early age, learning from his mom in their Netherlands kitchen.
Having joined Sodexo in 2014, Chef van Eijk’s expertise spans Michelin star dining, catering, training and hospitality. After serving in the military, he began as a cook in an Amsterdam hotel, and continued his hotel experience as Chef de Cuisine at a hotel in the center of the country, as well as a chef at a hotel resort in the North of the Netherlands.
