Nicolás Martinez – CHILE Global Chef

Nicolás Martinez received his culinary training at the Professional Institute Diego Portals where he earned the title Technician in Gastronomy and International Pastry. He began his career at the los ñirres Ltda, where he served as Executive Messenger. He then worked for The Taverna della Piazza Restaurant as a Pastry Chef. In May 2009, Chef Martinez joined Sodexo Energy and Resources Chile and a Zonal Chef. He is pleased to be a part of Sodexo’s Global Chef Program.
