“I love the feel of the kitchen—the sights, the sounds, the smells,” say Chef Patrick Hodsdon. His mom was a great cook who made comfort food every night and had a great influence in his life. At 17, he took a job washing dishes in a professional kitchen and realized in his first week that he wanted to be a chef! These days, Patrick stays current on flavor trends by traveling and experiencing local cultures and flavors. And, he’s come full circle—he was born in the same hospital where he’s now a chef.
