Chef Richard Sandoval, once a professional tennis player, had such a passion for food that he enrolled in the Culinary Institute of America. In the past two decades, his career as a chef and restauranteur has inspired him to create more than 45 restaurants worldwide, with more than two dozen restaurants in cities across the US.
